Job summary

Home Instead West Leicestershire & Market Bosworth is seeking caring Care Professionals for afternoon to late-evening shifts (2pm–10pm). Immediate starts available after training, DBS checks, and references.

You’ll support older adults at home with companionship, personal care, meal prep, light housework, and mobility help. We offer paid mileage after the first 10 miles, employee assistance, induction, development, and 24/7 on-call support from a local team.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is welcome but not essential — full industry-leading training is provided.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own reliable vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support tailored to each client’s needs while promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care and mobility around the home.
• Provide medication support and monitor wellbeing.
• Light housekeeping, cleaning and vacuuming.
• Prepare and cook meals; run errands including shopping and prescription collection.
