Job summary

Home Instead Charnwood is seeking caring individuals to join our award-winning team as female Home Care Professionals with weekend and evening availability. You will visit clients in their own homes, providing personalised care that promotes dignity, independence and companionship.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own car are essential. This role offers guaranteed hours and salaried contracts with comprehensive training and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Female applicants only (Occupational Requirement).
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car.
• You must have full right to work in the UK – we are unable to offer any form of visa sponsorship.
• A kind, patient, and caring nature.
• A desire to help others and build meaningful relationships.
• Care experience is a bonus, but full training is provided – so personality matters most

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their own homes to provide one-to-one home care.
• Assist with personal care, medication, mobility support and companionship.
• Carry out light housekeeping, shopping and errands.
• Follow tailored care plans to support each client’s individual needs.
• Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients and their families.
• Maintain clear communication with the office team and other care professionals
