Home Instead West Leicestershire & Market Bosworth is seeking caring Care Professionals to support older adults living independently in their own homes across the local community. Immediate starts are available following training, DBS checks, and references.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are preferred to enable flexible visits. We offer industry-leading induction and ongoing professional development, paid mileage after the first 10 miles, and 24/7 on-call support.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own reliable vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK and good English communication skills.
• Compassionate, reliable and adaptable with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with personal care
• Supporting mobility around the home
• Medication support and monitoring wellbeing
• Light housekeeping, cleaning, and vacuuming
• Preparing and cooking meals
• Running errands including shopping and prescription collection

Skills
