Job summary

Home Instead West Leicestershire & Market Bosworth is seeking compassionate Care Professionals for part-time roles in the Leicester area, starting 6:45am to 2pm. Immediate starts are available after training, DBS checks and references. You’ll support older adults in their own homes with dignity and wellbeing, with no sponsorship required.

Applicants should have a driving licence, access to a reliable vehicle, and the right to work in the UK. Full industry-leading training is provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Access to your own reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support tailored to clients’ needs while promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care and mobility around the home.
• Provide medication support and monitor wellbeing.
• Handle light housekeeping, meals, errands and shopping as needed.
