Job summary

Comfort Sage Care, part of the CCH Group, is seeking Care Assistants to support clients in Lincoln, with shifts across Ermine and Welton. Earn £13.00 per hour plus mileage, with guaranteed hours and diverse full-time or part-time patterns.

The role offers comprehensive on-the-job training, funded NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care, career progression, and weekend/bank holiday enhanced pay. Travel between local clients is expected.

Qualifications

• Ideally at least 6 months of social care experience.
• Strong heart and kindness, with resilience and eagerness to learn.
• Willingness to travel between clients within the local community.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential care and support in clients' homes following personalised care plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication, mobility, meals, and light domestic tasks.
• Offer companionship and build meaningful relationships while promoting independence.
