Job summary

ICare Group is recruiting Home Care Workers with driving duties to service Cannock, Hednesford, Burntwood, Rugeley and nearby areas. You will support people at home to live independently with dignity, wellbeing and choice, in a role that offers training, support and development.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Access to own vehicle, moped or electric bike.
• Willing to travel throughout local areas.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect.
• Supporting with washing, dressing and daily routines.
• Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition.
• Providing medication prompts and support in line with care plans.
• Carrying out wellbeing and safety checks.
• Supporting with light household tasks and maintaining a comfortable home.
• Offering companionship and emotional support.
• Building positive relationships with the people you support.
• Promoting independence and person-centred care.
• Travelling between clients' homes across the local community.
