HICA Group is seeking dedicated Care Assistants to join Red House Care Home in Bridlington. You will provide person-centred support, assist with mealtimes and daily activities, and help residents maintain independence. Full training is provided.

The role offers £13.70 per hour, 33 hours per week on a rota including weekends. We foster a warm, compassionate environment with opportunities for progression within the not-for-profit organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in care settings is preferred.
• NVQ levels are encouraged and supported.
• Ability to work on a rota, including weekends.
