ND Care & Support Ltd in the St Mellons area of Cardiff is seeking dedicated individuals to help people live independently at home, with dignity and respect. We welcome those already in care or considering a rewarding career change and will support you every step of the way.

We are registered with the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) since 2010 and offer full-time and part-time Walker and Driver positions. You will be trained, with DBS and Social Care Wales registration costs covered, plus

Qualifications

• Ability to support with medication and treatments
• Willingness to provide personal care including washing and dressing
• Flexibility to perform household duties (dishes, laundry, tidying)

Responsibilities

• Assist or prompt individuals with administering medication and treatments
• Support with personal care such as washing and dressing
• Duties around the house including dishes, laundry and tidying
• Move individuals safely using specialist equipment
• Prepare food and assist at mealtimes
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Take individuals to appointments and community activities
