Job summary

No formal experience required; full training provided. A driving license is preferred to cover client visits; candidates must have the right to work in the UK and be committed to safeguarding and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Caring and empathetic nature is essential.
• Valid driving license and access to a vehicle preferred.
• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Experience in community care is desirable but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily activities in clients' homes.
• Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote well being.
• Help clients maintain independence and choose activities that suit them.
