Every day is different in Health and Social Care. In this role you should expect to get to know your clients, their interests and individual needs. You will provide both emotional and practical support, such as assisting with personal care (washing, toileting, dressing), domestic household tasks and meal preparation. You will also support clients with medication, mobility aids and personal equipment where required, and have a responsibility to monitor overall wellbeing and report to the Registered Manager any significant changes in the health or circumstances of a client. We encourage our clients to remain as independent as possible while ensuring their wellbeing is always supported and safeguarded.
