Job summary

Agincare in Highcliffe is seeking a Home Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes, helping with daily routines, personal care, shopping, meals, and companionship.

You’ll join a compassionate team, with fully funded training up to QCF level 5, flexible contracts, a £500 welcome bonus with a chance to earn up to £1000, and a shift pattern from 10pm to 7am with daytime alternatives.

Qualifications

• Warm, caring and compassionate approach to supporting others.
• Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months without sponsorship.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Willingness to work night shifts (10pm–7am) with day-work flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines and personal care.
• Assist with shopping, meals, and beverages.
• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Help with medication as required.
