Job summary

Agincare in New Milton is looking for a Home Carer to support clients in their own homes with daily routines, personal care, meals, shopping, and companionship. No prior care experience is required, as full training and qualifications are funded.

Qualifications

• Strong people skills and ability to build meaningful relationships.
• Team‑focused mindset and willingness to learn on the job if no prior care experience.
• Minimum 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
