Agincare Group is seeking a kind and motivated Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes across England. No prior care experience is required as full training is provided, you only need compassion and a willingness to help.

A full UK driving licence is preferred and alternating weekends may be required. Competitive pay up to £14 per hour, mileage paid at 32p per mile, and access to pension and flexible contracts are part of the package.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• You must have the right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
• Alternating weekends may be required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily routines and personal care in clients' homes.
• Provide companionship and social interaction to improve wellbeing.
• Support clients with mobility, meal prep, and medication reminders as needed.
• Record observations and communicate needs to the care team.
