Agincare, a leading UK home care provider, is seeking a Home Carer to support clients in their own homes. You’ll help with daily routines, personal care, meals, light shopping and companionship, bringing warmth and dignity to every visit.

No prior care experience is required; we’ll train you. A full UK driving licence and flexibility to cover alternate weekends are ideal. We offer funded training up to QCF level 5, pension, and on‑demand pay.

Qualifications

• Must have a warm, caring approach to supporting others.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months.
• No prior care experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines and personal care at clients' homes.
• Assist with shopping, meals, and companionship.
• Provide a listening ear and friendly conversation.
• Assist with medication as needed.
