Job summary

Pulse Nursing at Home is seeking a Female Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker to provide personalised homecare to clients in Newport and surrounding areas. You will deliver high-quality, person-centered care within clients' homes, including personal care and support with clinical interventions as required.

The role offers variety in shifts (days and nights) and opportunities to learn new skills through complex care training, with pay rates from £14.86 to £17.10 per hour including holiday pay.

Qualifications

• 6 months care experience within the last 2 years (UK based).
• Experience with personal care, medication and manual handling.
• Comfortable working in a 1:1 setting.
• Willing to learn new skills and undertake complex care training.
• Ability to provide high-quality care with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centered care to clients in their own homes.
• Assist with moving and handling and support with clinical interventions as needed.
• Enrich quality of life through community interaction and support client goals.
