Job summary

You will work flexibly to support ward teams, monitor patients, assist with meals, hygiene, mobility, and basic health checks, all within a caring, patient-centred environment.

Responsibilities

• Work on a flexible basis to support ward/department teams throughout the Trust delivering care.
• Monitor patients and perform basic health checks.
• Serve meals and help to feed patients.
• Provide support to patients to maintain their hygiene needs (e.g., bathing).
• Support elimination needs and mobility, including continence and use of commode or bedpan.
