• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Moving and Handling Certificate required.
• UK work authorisation confirmed.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and mobility.
• Support care plans and liaise with healthcare professionals.
• Provide companionship and maintain client dignity.
• Keep accurate care records and follow policies.
• Assist with light domestic tasks and meal prep.
• Remind and support medication administration as directed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families and team.
• accompany clients to appointments or outings when needed.
