You will contribute to wellbeing, participate in activities, and maintain clear care records. Training and induction are provided to help you thrive and progress within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and support people with diverse needs.
• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting people with their personal care.
• Assisting people at meal times.
• Understanding individual health and wellbeing needs.
• Encouraging participation in social activities, both in and out of the home.
• Promoting dignity, independence and respect.
• Completing and maintaining care records and attending induction training.
