SeeMeHired is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents in our Residential home. You will help with daily activities, meals, mobility, personal care while upholding dignity and privacy, under supervision of senior staff.

The role emphasises communication, reliability, teamwork, and participation in mandatory training. Relevant qualifications and experience in care are valued, and you will contribute to a warm, safe living environment.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in caring for others.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care preferred/considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities for Residents.
• Support Residents with washing, dressing and meals.
• Observe wellbeing and report changes to senior staff.
• Keep rooms clean and tidy; assist with bed changes as needed.
• Answer nursecall system and respond to visitors promptly.
• Record daily observations in care notes per policy.
