Job summary

Caron Group is seeking Care Practitioners to look after the physical, psychological and social needs of residents across mid and south Wales. You will be part of a friendly family culture, providing dignity, privacy and choice during daily care.

The role involves assisting with routine tasks, supporting residents with mobility, and promoting wellbeing while adhering to the group’s ethos and training requirements.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• A passion for providing elderly care.
• Ability to relate to and care for older people in a sensitive manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, undressing, toileting, bathing, and feeding.
• Provide care for residents confined to bed.
• Help residents with mobility problems and personal aids.
• Promote residents' mental and physical wellbeing through activities and conversation.
• Attend mandatory training and meetings as directed.
