Job summary

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member for Rivermere Care Home in Chipstead, Sevenoaks, Kent. You will support dining services, assist residents with meals, and ensure a welcoming dining environment within a luxury elderly care setting.

The role requires caring values, good personal hygiene, and prior experience in a similar setting; a basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial. DBS check and UK work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene.
• Demonstrate compassion and commitment to delivering culinary services to residents.
• Experience in a similar setting, restaurant or hotel desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals and dining service.
• Help residents choose meal options.
• Set dining tables per SOP.
• Keep front of house clean, tidy and well-presented; replenish dishes.
• Provide fresh homemade cakes/biscuits and fruit options in the bistro area.
