Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Deputy Home Manager to ensure clinical care meets professional standards, regulatory requirements, and delivers outstanding empathy for residents. You will lead care planning, mentor staff, and ensure safety and quality in the absence of the Home Manager.

Qualifications include a valid NMC Pin and knowledge of National Standards, with a focus on compassionate, person-centred care across Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist services.

Qualifications

• Requires valid NMC Pin and knowledge of National Standards.
• NMC code of practice familiarity.
• Background in person-centred care planning in a care home.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist nursing support and advice.
• Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence.
• Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver high-quality care.
