HC-One is seeking a Deputy Home Manager to help deliver person-centred care in our home. You’ll cover the Home Manager’s responsibilities in their absence, mentor colleagues and ensure records are maintained with empathy and accuracy.

You’ll bring knowledge of National Standards and a background in care planning, with a warm, respectful approach to residents, families and staff, supporting your team to provide compassionate, high-quality care every day.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of National Standards and background in person-led care planning.
• Ability to mentor colleagues, manage time effectively.
• Kind and considerate communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Cover Home Manager duties in their absence.
• Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver empathetic care.
• Ensure care levels meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Maintain meaningful resident records.
