Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is looking for a Deputy Home Manager to ensure high-quality clinical care beyond standard requirements.

You will provide specialist nursing support, take responsibility in the Home Manager's absence, and coach colleagues to deliver compassionate, person-centred care in our homes. Candidates must have a valid NMC PIN, knowledge of National Standards and the NMC code of practice, and experience with care planning.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC PIN and knowledge of National Standards and the NMC code of practice.
• Background in person-centred care planning within a care home.
• Ability to mentor and coach colleagues, and maintain meaningful records.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist nursing support and advice.
• Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence.
• Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver compassionate care.
• Ensure safeguarding is understood and acted upon by all colleagues.
