Prime Life are recruiting Care Assistants to join our friendly team at Woodlands Care Home, Oadby, Leicester. This full-time role offers regular shifts and the opportunity to make a real difference in residents' daily lives.

You will provide personal care, assist with meals, support mobility and accompany residents on activities while maintaining accurate records. Training is provided and DBS checks are fully funded. We value patience, empathy and respectful communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily activities.
• Support residents with meals to maintain nutrition and hydration.

• Provide companionship and accompany residents to social outings or appointments.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the care team to promote residents' health and well-being.
