Job summary

LV= Life & Pensions is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for our Reconnections and Protection Existing Business teams. The role is hybrid with a requirement to work at our Bournemouth office after initial training, with full-time hours and a strong focus on compassionate, responsive customer care.

Training and career development are emphasised. You will handle calls and emails from customers, including policy-related enquiries and claims support, while maintaining high service
