Qualifications

• A caring and patient nature.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work well under pressure.
• Previous experience as a carer is preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the personal care needs of residents with dignity and promote independence.
• Ensure care services are delivered to a consistently high standard.
• Assist with day-to-day activities within the home.
