Qualifications

• Caring, patient nature and empathy toward residents.
• Ability to work well under pressure and stay calm.
• Previous experience as a carer is preferred but not required.

• Maintain personal care needs of residents while respecting dignity.
• Promote independence and monitor wellbeing of residents.
• Ensure care services are of high standard and assist with daily activities.
• Participate in general day-to-day tasks within the home.
