• A caring and patient nature.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Previous caring experience preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain residents' personal care needs while respecting dignity.
• Promote residents' independence at all times.
• Ensure care services are consistently high quality.
• Assist with general day-to-day activities in the home.
