Reports to: Nurse/Senior Support Worker. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care and building trusting relationships with residents, with opportunities to learn and progress in a forward-thinking, values-driven organisation.

Qualifications

• A caring and patient nature.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work well under pressure.
• Previous experience as a carer is preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the personal care needs of residents and promote dignity and independence.
• Support with day-to-day activities to ensure high-quality care in the home.
