Job summary

Lifeways Shepton Mallet is looking for a caring Support Worker to help eight adults with learning disabilities in a peaceful rural setting. You’ll assist with daily routines, personal care and meals, and support meaningful activities like outings and hobbies.

The role offers flexible hours: 20-30 hours per week with day shifts, sleep-ins, sessional and part-time options. Pay is £13.80 per hour plus £50 for each sleep-in, with DBS and training funded.
