Lifeways Shepton Mallet is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist eight individuals with learning disabilities in daily living, activities and community outings. You’ll foster independence, dignity and joy while delivering person-centred support in a warm setting.

You’ll join a compassionate team delivering personal care, meal prep, medication support and social engagement, with opportunities across diverse shifts and sleep-ins in a rural, welcoming environment.
