"Before joining Blaen Y Waun & Ty Canol, I worked in retail for 10 years. Making the move into care took me a long time, but I'm so glad I finally did it. No day is ever the same, and this job has given me real purpose. Both homes have such a warm, supportive environment where everyone wants the best for the people we support. When I started, I didn't have much confidence, but the team really believed in me and helped me grow. I'd encourage anyone to make the jump into care – it's the best decision I've made." – Support Worker, Priority Childcare
