Norse Care's High Haven care home in Downham Market is seeking a Care Support Worker. You will assist with personal care and support tasks, helping service users maintain independence and dignity under person-centred plans. The role is 14.63 hours per week with day shifts at £13.81 per hour plus enhancements.

Qualifications

• As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling service users to make informed choices, promoting independence and dignity in line with a person-centred care plan.
• Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with colleagues and service users, participating in wellbeing events and activities.
• Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
