Job summary

Norse Care is recruiting a Care Support Worker in Downham Market. You will assist with personal care and support tasks, helping service users maintain independence and dignity in line with their care plan. You’ll work as part of a friendly team, supporting wellbeing activities and ensuring a safe, engaging environment.

DBS check will be required, and we offer funded training and progression opportunities. Casual contract with shifts across days and weekends (0700-1430 or 1430-2130).

Qualifications

• Experience in care preferred or willingness to learn.
• Commitment to person-centred care and service values.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and support tasks per care plan.
