Priory is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers team in Dinorwic. The role offers permanent, full-time hours with £13.45 per hour and a focus on person-centred care for residents with learning disabilities and potential mental health needs.

You will assist qualified staff with assessment and implementation of individual care plans, perform routine tasks, support daily living, and help residents achieve personal outcomes in a respectful,
