Priory Group is seeking a Support Worker at Dinorwic, Southport, Merseyside to provide compassionate, person-centred care for residents with learning disabilities and mental health needs. This permanent, full-time role offers £13.45/hour with full training and progression opportunities.

You'll join a dedicated team in a residential setting, supporting residents with daily tasks, activities, and personal goals while maintaining records and ensuring safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support work is desirable, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks.
• Encourage participation in activities and community life.
• Support service users in achieving personal outcomes.
• Maintain records and care plans (daily notes).
• Build positive relationships with service users, families and staff.
• Uphold safety and confidentiality.
