Job summary

Priory in Dinorwic is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our team. The role involves residential support for three males and females with a learning disability, providing personal care and assisting with activities to promote wellbeing.

You will work with qualified staff to implement individual care plans, maintain records, and support residents in achieving their personal goals while upholding safety and confidentiality in a caring environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks.

• Maintain accurate records, care plans, charts, and daily notes.
• Build positive relationships with service users, families, colleagues, and stakeholders.
