Job summary

Riverside Group is seeking a Relief Worker at Hardwick House, Middlesbrough. The role supports care delivery under supervision, focusing on customer-led service and dignity for all customers in a safe environment.

Job description

Job Title: Relief Worker Salary: £15.40 per hour Working Hours: As and when required Location: Hardwick House, Middlesbrough

The difference you will make as a Relief Worker
  • You will provide a high quality, customer-oriented service and understand that all actions should be customer-led.
  • Under the direction of the scheme manager and support team, you will assist in providing care and support to customers.
  • You will assist in maintaining and promoting the dignity of all individuals to improve their health and wellbeing in a safe and appropriate environment.

Please note that whilst we will accept applications on the basis of any form of valid legal permission to work in the UK, we will be surrendering the Riverside Sponsorship licence, so for the avoidance of doubt, we are unable to apply for any further sponsorships whether on behalf of existing colleagues or candidates.
