CCH Group is seeking compassionate Care Professionals to join our team serving Rawmarsh and surrounding areas. You will provide dedicated support to local residents, focusing on companionship, personal care, meal preparation, and everyday tasks with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily routines, reminders for medications, mobility support, and maintaining a safe, clean living environment. Flexible hours and pro rata leave are available.

Formación

• Proficient in effective communication across levels.
• Demonstrates sincere interest in client group.
• DBS clearance (passed).
• Patience, compassion and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to engage in vocational training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide companionship to prevent loneliness and support wellbeing.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist with medication reminders and prescription pickups.
• Prepare meals suitable to client needs.
• Assist with housekeeping and maintaining a safe home.
• Support mobility and getting around the home.
