Care Relief Team Limited is seeking dedicated Care Assistants to support clients in Rawmarsh and surrounding areas. Flexible full-time or part-time contracts with guaranteed hours, full training, and a friendly management team drive personal and community impact.

You will provide in-home assistance, meal prep, medication prompts, and companionship, while helping clients live independently in the homes they love. The role includes mileage reimbursement and career development opportunities.

Formación

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to support clients and coordinate with families.

Responsabilidades

• Support clients in daily activities such as meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic tasks.
• Assist clients with personal care.
• Provide companionship and accompany clients on outings.
• Encourage clients to participate in planning and delivering their care.
• Record and report daily visit information accurately.
