Job summary

CCH Group is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to join our Mansfield team. You will provide dedicated support to local residents, ensuring their needs are met with kindness and professionalism.

As an integral member of CCH Group, you’ll enhance well-being and quality of life, delivering companionship, personal care, medication reminders, meal prep and mobility assistance. Flexible hours, part or full-time positions available.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with colleagues, clients and families.
• DBS check completed or able to obtain.
• Demonstrates compassion and genuine care for clients.
• Patient, caring and respectful in all interactions.
• Shows initiative and autonomy in delivering care.
• Willingness to undertake vocational training.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients and prevent loneliness.
• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Support with mealtimes and nutrition.
• Assist with mobility and mobility aids as required.
• Manage prescriptions reminders and basic medication support.
• Support with housekeeping and creating a safe home environment.
