Job summary

Completely Care Recruitment Consultants Ltd in Risca is seeking compassionate Agency Support Workers to join our care team across Risca and surrounding areas. You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support independence.

We value reliability, flexibility, and teamwork. A minimum of 6 months UK-based experience as a Support Worker is preferred, with a focus on person-centred care and safeguarding. Training and ongoing opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months UK-based experience as a Support Worker
• Experience or confidence in working with challenging behaviour
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
• Reliable and flexible, with a willingness to work varied shifts and locations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care
• Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness
• Help clients maintain independence through community activities and appointments
• Safely assist clients with mobility using Moving & Handling techniques
• Support individuals who may display challenging behaviour in a calm, safe manner
• Support clients in achieving goals and aspirations
