Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months UK-based experience as a Support Worker.
• Experience or confidence in working with challenging behaviour.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care with a positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care using a person-centred approach.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness and isolation.
• Support independence by helping with community activities and appointments.
• Safely assist clients with mobility using Moving & Handling techniques.
• Respond calmly to challenging behaviour to ensure safety and well-being.
• Support clients in achieving goals and fulfilling aspirations.
