Bupa's Freelands Croft Care Home in Church Crookham near Fleet is seeking a part-time receptionist to manage daily visitor contacts, handle new enquiries, and provide friendly support to residents and families. The role runs 16 hours per week, 9am to 5pm, with £13.10–£14.10 per hour depending on experience.

You will greet visitors, answer calls, assist the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical tasks, and conduct home show-arounds.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist experience with a focus on customer service.
• Friendly, approachable and well organised.
• Ability to handle a varied workload and maintain a caring attitude.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for visitors to the home.
• Take responsibility for managing new enquiries.
• Provide advice and support face to face and over the phone.
