Job summary

McCarthy & Stone’s Roswell Court in Exmouth is looking for a Care Assistant to provide high-quality care to residents and assist with housekeeping across the estate. You will support health and wellbeing and help residents stay active in daily life.

You’ll assist with appointments, arrange transport, and, where needed, escort residents on visits and shopping. Prior care experience is preferred; QCF Level 2 is ideal, but relevant experience may be considered.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support environment preferred.
• Driven to deliver high-quality customer service to residents.
• Enjoys working as part of a team in a busy setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to residents and assist with housekeeping and estate duties.
• Support residents to participate in activities for health and wellbeing.
• Assist with booking appointments and arranging transport; accompany residents as needed.
• Help with shopping and general day-to-day tasks.
