Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a caring and dedicated Care Assistant to join our homes, supporting residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. You will help with personal care, meals and daily activities, always prioritising each resident’s dignity and individuality.

We value safeguarding and compassionate care, offering opportunities for development and a supportive, inclusive team. Flexible shift patterns include 3 on/3 off rotations and role-specific training.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring for elderly or similar setting is advantageous.
• Ability to follow directions from a Registered Nurse.
• Commitment to residents' wellbeing and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care, hygiene, dressing and meals.
• Assist with daily activities in the home and accompany residents as needed.
• Monitor wellbeing and report changes to the nursing team.
• Provide compassionate, respectful interactions and end-of-life support where appropriate.
