HC-One is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will support residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, delivering care with kindness and respect.

We offer full-time day shifts or part-time late shifts on a 3 on/3 off pattern, with a focus on safeguarding, dignity and person-centred care. Training and development are provided to help you grow.

Aufgaben

• Assist with personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Support residents with daily activities and mobility as needed.
• Provide care with kindness and respect, putting residents' wellbeing first.
• Follow safeguarding guidelines and escalate concerns when appropriate.
