• Adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care and support the care team to ensure continuity of service.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene while maintaining dignity and independence.
• Recognise clinical risk areas (weight loss, pressure sores, falls, infections) and escalate as needed.
• Practice safe systems of work and interact courteously with residents and visitors.
