• Efficient worker who can follow instructions from team members.
• Able to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care and contribute to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene tasks, promoting independence, dignity and respect.
• Recognise clinical risk areas (e.g., weight loss, pressure sores, falls, infections) and raise concerns promptly.
